Engaged For Children brings together volunteers and professionals, women and men, experienced and passionate about international and community development, in particular the cause of the children's well-being.
All members have voluntarily joined the organization, expressing their interest in contributing to the mission of the NGO and by applying for membership to the management committee.

The Board of Directors is made up of 3 members, of whom only the President and Executive Director also holds administrative positions.

Daily administrative and operational management is carried out by a team of motivated and experienced individuals, under the high supervision of the President and Executive Director and the Director of Program Development. The management team is supported by the other associate members of the organization in Canada, the country program managers and, where applicable, depending on the activities to be carried out, by external volunteers recruited in Canada and internationally.
